Thank you for visiting my website.  I'm excited to share my current artwork and my blog with you. 

Artist's Statement  

Nature and history are the strongest influences in my artwork.  I find inspiration in hiking, beach combing and studying ancient history.  My current series of encaustic paintings explore fossils.  For me, they serve as a metaphor for the passage of time and forgotten memories.
